xFocus



xFocus is an innovative Customer Experience Management solution developed by Cybercom that allows connectivity service providers to manage the Quality of Experience. It is a solution that measures and monitors Customers Objective and Subjective feedback which will be used to manage and improve Customers Experience.

Background

xFocus is based on surveys from agent applications installed on mobile phones and tablet devices. xFocus data base collects surveys and technical information from the devices, thanks to this service, providers can build subjective information data base about customer perception to achieve best possible results.

Thanks to unique algorithms the system correlates Subjective and Objective information and provides measurements, analysis and reports. xFocus is developed to clear the gap between real customer experience and service quality indicators. With xFocus, service providers will listen to their customer’s voice and align their strategies for continuous growth. It combines the Survey and geographical information data into one place to monitor your Network performance view with the prospect of end user.

 

Functionalities

Internet Stats

This feature provides information about user’s mobile plan and APPS rank. It is divided into two sub tabs as given below:

  • Summary provides information about users’ mobile plan with usage. 


  • APPS Rank
provides information about users’ apps utilization in descending order. Utilization can be sub filtered per “WIFI”, “MOBILE” and “ROAMING”.

Call Stats


This feature provides information about users call details and the most frequent calls. It is divided into two sub tabs as given below:

  • Summary
provides information about total in coming and out going calls in a month and per day. 


  • People
provides information about most frequent calls in descending order. Calls can be sub filtered 
per “IN-CALLS” and “OUT-CALLS”. 


 

SMS/MMS stats

This feature provides information about users SMS/MMS details and the most frequent SMS/MMS. It is divided into two sub tabs as given below:

  • Summary provides information about total in coming and out going calls in a month and per day.

  • People provides information about most frequent calls in descending order. Messages can be sub

User Test

This feature is used to run set of tests and the test output can be seen on the Map and in History. It is divided into three sub tabs as given below:

  • Run Test. The user can run tests for “Browsing test”, “General Internet Speed Test”, “File Transfer Speed Test” and “Video Streaming Test”. Test can be run individual or using an option “Start Tests”. Given below are the snapshot to run all the test one by one.

  • History provides information about history of tests with the time and type of test. Test history can be sub filtered per “Browsing”, “Internet 1”, “Internet 2” and “Video”.

  • Map provides location of tests on the map. Tests can be sub filtered per “Browsing”, “Internet 1”, “Internet 2” and “Video” to view on the map.

Settings

This provides information about device Id and xFocus Id with the option to upload the data only on Wi-Fi or both.
