Developers and engineers are specific and very challenging. They are mostly focused around self-development and purpose. What drives them is simply: mastery, purpose and autonomy. So being software house is not just to give them project for coding is about looking for interesting opportunities for their geek attitude.
How we care about our people? We try to give them feeling that they are artists and architects of the solutions we do. We don’t treat people like cogs in the machine but rather like integral part of our business and real team players in client’s business. Also strategy of doing innovative internal projects is worth to mention here.
