We follow agile approach manifested by SCRUM or Kanban method. Implementation cycles at Cybercom usually are sprint-based what means that a basic unit of work is delivered partially within a defined time frame. The length of the average sprint is about 2 weeks. All the activities within sprints should be monitored by the JIRA system.
Cyber developers try to cover most of the code by unit tests, the more the better. Trying to follow the newest technology pattern is always our responsibility what also means that every developer in Cybercom is responsible for the code quality at the same level. Each artifact should be put in a shared repository, so that in case of failure, result of work will be not lost!
Communication is also the most important part of cooperation at Cybercom. We try to be open-minded, ask questions, ask the architects for advice and be agile.
We believe that people need to know who they are, what they do and how they do it. We educate teams to discuss each other.
