Youth Online

Ung Online (“Youth Online”) is a study of how young people aged 12 to 17 in Sweden use and relate to the internet.

The study sheds light on the internet habits of adolescents and their attitudes towards the connected world from the perspectives of behaviour, usage, knowledge, costs, critical media literacy, privacy, online bullying and interest in IT.

Ung Online is based on a web survey and includes 1,049 interviews with young people aged 12 to 17 who live in Sweden.

Commissioned by Cybercom, the study was conducted during the period of 22-30 May 2018 by market research firm Userneeds.
