TeliaSonera has very complex IT infrastructure that is in continuous development.

TeliaSonera required a third-party solution that maintains and develops its rating system for national and roaming traffic. In addition, the client required a flexible maintenance organisation that can be scaled up or down as the workload changes over time.


Solution

Cybercom has developed TeliaSonera’s entire pricing system for national and roaming traffic. Cybercom’s rating system manages approximately 125 million transactions daily, worth SEK 14 million, and with the complexity of more than 6,000 unique pricing plans.
