Com Hem has signed framework agreement with Cybercom, which now becomes a selected partner with responsibility for developing Com Hem's internal digital collaboration platform.

"We are delighted to be entrusted with this business by Com Hem. Com Hem is an innovative company with big digital ambitions, and we are proud to be able to share its future journey. We see great potential for expanded collaboration as we initially take on responsibility for its internal digital environment," says Ulrika Hedman, business developer in Stockholm, Cybercom.

Com Hem and Cybercom have signed an ongoing framework agreement. The first task will be to take over responsibility for Com Hem's digital collaboration platform. Cybercom's experienced centres of excellence for SharePoint in India will enhance the delivery, which will take place using a blended delivery team from Sweden and India to ensure quality and efficiency and to facilitate the optimum support.

"Global delivery capability is attractive to many of our clients, as evidenced by this contract with Com Hem. Together with our dedicated SharePoint team in India, we have good references for how we have improved the effectiveness of organisations by providing solutions that facilitate collaboration and information sharing throughout the enterprise," says Karin Walgeborg, business manager offshore, Cybercom.
