Chinacomm, situated in Shanghai, is China´s biggest wireless broad band service provider and operates in eight major cities in China. The strategic cooperation agreement covers assignments to provide a business platform and VAS – solutions to CECT-Chinacomm, together with other strategic partners, including Samsung.
