"We are very proud of our collaboration with Atlas Copco. They are an important client, with products for the future. Our expertise in Connectivity will help them to develop next-generation solutions for smart construction equipment. We will deliver from our offices in Karlskrona, Malmö and Warsaw," says Niklas Flyborg, President and CEO, Cybercom.
Atlas Copco's Road Construction Equipment division, a part of the Construction Technique business area, offers a complete range of high-quality and reliable asphalt rollers, soil compactors, pavers and planers under the brand name Dynapac. Machines that combine high speed, power and capacity with outstanding manoeuvrability and operator comfort.
Initially, Cybercom will develop a touch-screen application that the equipment operator can use while working. This will make the work easier and provide a better overview of how the area should be processed. The application also collects data from the roller that can be analysed after work is completed.
"This is an exciting project, and we are responsible for development, design and testing. This type of project is our core business. We help our clients to succeed in the connected world," says Johan Persbeck, manager of Cybercom's operations in Karlskrona.
