People, technology, innovations and collaborations that pave the way for a better future and inspire hope. This is what’s in focus when Women in Tech for the eighth year in a row arranges the Nordic region's largest technology conference for women. On March 10, a record number of 3,500 participants will gather in this year's digital conference #WITswe2021.
The Women in Tech conference has grown every year. In 2020, 2,100 tech women gathered at Waterfront in Stockholm. This year, even more people will be able to participate as the event will be completely digital and possible to attend regardless of where you are physically. Tickets are free thanks to the commitment of more than 20 of Sweden's most interesting and forward-thinking tech companies. The tickets will be released on February 10, at 12.00.
The Women in Tech initiative puts the spotlight on the fact that it is critical for the industry that more women choose a career in tech - and that those who already in the industry want to stay.
This year's theme is “The Power of Resilience”
It is now the fifth consecutive year we contribute and are proud partners to Women in Tech. Access to the right skills is the greatest challenge facing Cybercom and our industry. In order to continue to develop the society in the light of the 17 Sustainable development goals and promote smart, innovative and sustainable solutions, we need more Makers of tomorrow. I am pleased that Cybercom will be able to contribute to this year's theme "The Power of Resilience" with not only Best Practice, but Next Practice in innovation and digital sustainability.
Niklas Flyborg, CEO Cybercom and Maker of tomorrow
