Three years ago, I started at Cybercom in the Advisory team attracted by the vision of the company and the goal of the team to boost the clients’ performance in the connected world. At this time Internet of things (IoT) and digitalization was still in early development, now three years later it has really reached its tipping point.
The problem when you as an external adviser work on new strategies, transforming client's customer value and build new offerings is that it takes some time before you can talk about it :-).
In business advisory we work with how digitalization and Internet of Things transform companies and how they should capture the opportunities. When we formulate the clients’ new customer value we have a number of different typical assignments, from building the vision and strategy to defining new services and validating the leap of faith assumptions for the service. Our three cornerstones are:
- Outside-in obsession -> innovate around the client's customer
- Best product/service is not enough -> innovate in all boxes of the business model
- Don't fall in love with your smart ideas - continuously validate and learn
Bellow you will find some official cases that we have worked with and if you find this interesting we are also hiring!
For Viking sewing machines (SVP worldwide) we helped them growing their addressable market and changed the customer value from best at sewing to supporting the creative journey.
And this is how happy end customers are when you hit the spot, from the Viking launch event in Las Vegas.
