With the Connected World and Internet of Things being one part of it, where I work every day, the same focus that I apply in my daily work apply for the other parts as well. Focus on
- the customer job (the underlying thing that the customer wants to get done)
- innovation of several parts of the business model
- working agile/iterative with a mix of business and technology development using progress based accounting
