Since 2005 Cybercom’s specialized and proven investigators have been engaged in assignments all over the world and have helped countless victims of data breach. Our forensic investigators are always available to provide the first level of phone and incident response - 24 hours a day, each day of the year. The investigators are also available to travel onsite to the applicable facilities within days of a signed services agreement.
Cybercom is approved and accredited by the PCI SSC (PCI Security Standards Council) to conduct forensic investigations in accordance with the PFI (PCI Forensic Investigator Program). This means that our methods, working processes and reporting have been extensively reviewed and meet all the requirements of a PFI investigation. These high standards of quality and security are applied to all our customer engagements, also those outside of the payment card industry. This also includes our two forensic laboratories; complete with appropriate equipment to support a wide range of different technologies and platforms, including encryption and anti-forensic methods.
