The system development of mobile work machines covers a large area: the control systems and user interfaces of the equipment, data gathering and transfer solutions as well as data analysis and presentation in the follow-up systems at the other end. Our customers are mining industry, forest industry and container handling system providers.
An intelligent control system enables a more precise, efficient, environment friendly and safe use of the equipment. The user interfaces are designed to support the work of the user. Follow-up and diagnostic data is imported from the equipment for servicing and maintenance procedures. The machines no longer work in isolation, but rather are a part of the overall production system.
The end customer benefits include more efficient production throughout the life cycle of the equipment. To achieve this, there is close collaboration between us and the equipment deliverers: the systems of the machinery and the systems of the service business are developed in parallel. The systems of the service business include remote diagnostics, analyses and reports on the functional efficiency of the machinery, solutions for proactive maintenance, and mobile solutions for servicing and maintenance of the equipment.
