In 2011, Cybercom conducted a survey among customers representing all the company's activities worldwide. The survey was conducted both through web-based forms and through telephone interviews. A total of 142 customers took part, and of these 98 percent responded that they are very likely or likely to engage Cybercom again. Moreover, 99 percent had already recommended, or would recommend, Cybercom to colleagues.
Major strengths that emerged in the survey were that Cybercom was considered to be a reliable business partner, well-versed in the customer’s business and with the capability of identifying customer needs.
