I think that the book "Design a better business" does a wonderful job of summarize the popular methods like Design thinking, Lean startup, Business model generation, customer development and so on. But it also gives hands on examples from the real world and present the best visual tools from each discipline in a good format which is easy to grasp.

Earlier this week I wrote a

In business advisory we work with how digitalization and Internet of Things transform companies and how they should capture the opportunities. When we formulate the clients’ new customer value we have a number of different typical assignments, from building the vision and strategy to defining new services and validating the leap of faith assumptions for the service.

So for me, I enjoyed both books and will take with me several things that I will use in my day to day work, but the book with the biggest value will most likely be the Leader's guide, as you get the help to systematize the approach and scale it within your company.

At Sunday it starts for me, the Mobile World Congress 2016. The biggest event around mobile and communication which has come to be all about Internet of things. I have been there so many times that I remembered when it was all about telecom equipment, later on all about smartphone applications and now everything is Iot.
